School Lunch
Any announcement of the closing and/or dismissal of the Aberdeen Catholic Schools because of inclement weather, will always follow the same schedule as the Aberdeen Public School System. This policy will apply even if there has been failure to mention the closing of the Catholic Schools. Please remember that this also applies to the Sonshine Patch. Kindergarten Milk/Cracker

Make-Up Days / Inclement Weather
All parent's of rural students are reminded to provide the school principal with the name(s) of a host family home where their child(ren) can go in the even weather makes driving unsafe or the child(ren) cannot get home.
Thanks to the generosity of many parishioners, Roncalli Elementary and Middle Schools were able to purchase 100 new desk/chair sets for the first and fourth grades. We are continuing to collect donations to purchase additional desks for the remaining grades. For $150, donors may adopt a desk and attach an engraved plaque with a special message. Please send donations to ACSS Development Office, 1400 N. Dakota St., Aberdeen, SD 57401. Make checks to ACSS and mention "Adopt-a-Desk' in the memo field. Thanks for your support! The Aberdeen Catholic School System's "Take a Child to School" program helps families who have financial need by funding student work-study and hardship tuition waivers. Your donation to this fund are greatly appreciated and help more families afford the Catholic education they want for their children. Roncalli Nearly New
Roncalli Nearly New is in need of Donald’s brand of Roncalli uniforms. They can be dropped off at Nearly New on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at 220 1/2 North Main St.
Please continue to save your grocery receipts from all three major grocery stores. They may be turned in at either the churches or the schools. The schools can also use Campbell's soup labels. Donald's Uniform Company

Hearts of Roncalli is an easy way to support the Aberdeen Catholic Schools. Affordable monthly donations can be deducted from your bank account. Your $5, $10, $15 monthly contribution - give an amount you won't miss - combines with other contributions to become a significant annual gift. Pick up a Hearts of Roncalli participation form in the back of the church, or call the Development Office at 226-2100. Much can be accomplished, by many giving just a little. Thanks for your help.
